When you apply for a role, we may also receive:

  • The role you apply for, relevant experience, availability or notice period, and the introduction included with your application.
  • Professional profile or portfolio links that you choose to provide.
  • Your CV or resume and the information it contains.
  • Your consent to use the application information to assess your suitability and contact you about the role.

The website does not currently provide customer accounts or online purchasing, so it does not ask for account passwords or payment-card information.

How we use information

We use information where necessary to:

  • Understand your requirements and discuss potential services or products.
  • Review job applications, assess suitability for a role, and contact applicants about recruitment where appropriate.

The contact and job-application pages use one essential browser-session cookie. It is needed for form security, duplicate-submission protection, and operation, so these forms may not work correctly if the cookie is blocked.

Optional update preferences are retained until you withdraw your choice or the information is no longer needed. Technical logs are retained according to operational, hosting, and security needs. Retention can vary depending on the context and applicable requirements.
